Wojanis Supply Company, Inc has the ability and experience to offer repair and overhaul services of all major brands of hydraulic pumps, motors, and cylinders. Our repair shop is located at our main facility in the Montour West Industrial Park, easily accessible due to the major highways encompassing the tri-state area.

All units submitted for repair are fully inspected and evaluated to determine the extent of damage.

Customers are then advised as to whether the repair is economically feasible or if a replacement unit is warranted. An estimate of cost, parts availability and delivering is then submitted for the customer’s approval.

We constantly strive to keep downtime to a minimum while providing the customer with a cost-effective serviced product.

Field Service

Our engineers and shop employees are available for field service, including trouble shooting, start up of power units, and annual preventative maintenance programs.

Field Service Rates:

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM START-UP AND  SERVICE

Weekday hourly charge applies to all hours, including travel time, worked by our employee between 8am and 5pm.

Saturday and Overtime hourly charge applies to all hours, including travel time, worked by our employee on Saturdays or any other hours than 8am to 5pm on weekdays.

Sunday and Holidays hourly charge applies to all hours, including travel time, worked by our employee on Sundays and legal holidays.

Travel & Living expenses incurred by our employee, from the time he leaves his home base until his time of his return to that base, are in addition to hourly labor charges.

Hydraulic Hose Crimping

Wojanis Supply Company technicianshave the ability and skill to encompass a wide range of crimping requests, varying from low pressure air hoses to high pressure hydraulic hoses. These hoses range in sizes from ¼” to 4.” Come to our facility and we will crimp yourhose while you wait! We can also arrange for a sales rep to visit your facility to takethe necessary measurements.

Inventory Management

With our inventory management service, Wojanis Supply Company will aid in reducing inventory costs for our customers. Overall process costs will be reduced by cutting the cost of the acquisition and procurement of inventory.
         
Our objective is to develop inventory management systems that lower costs when acquiring MRO and OEM inventory. Staying in close contact with our customers and vendors, Wojanis Supply Company is able to decrease or redirect many of the functions that are required for inventory procurement.

Based on the customer’s usage, custom minimum and maximum quantities are adjusted and inventory items are monitored frequently. To eliminate all material handling costs, the items that are part of the program are delivered to the point-of-use. Meeting customer needs is our top priority, so a flexible and customized system is our goal.

Rental Power Unit

Wojanis Supply’s technical service personnel are masters of fluid systems design principles who are able to translate their knowledge into practical solutions that you can use.

Our years of experience manufacturing hydraulic systems and supplying industrial, mining, mobile, and commercial segments of the market have given us the added expertise to offer services in all of the above industry segments. Our staff can reasonably say, “There isn’t much in fluid power that we haven’t seen.” This depth of experience allows us to offer you assistance in almost every aspect of your fluid power design process.

We provide technical customer assistance, including hydraulic standards data, to aid in your product selection process. We also provide training materials to our customers, such as our Fluid Power Data Book or our specialized Fluid Power Training Program. We continually update this material so that you can have the latest ad most accurate information available.
           
As required, Wojanis Supply can provide you with complete design documentation, such as AutoCAD drawings, hard copy and electronic manuals, and trouble shooting guides. These services can be industry standard or customized to your system or plant needs.      

Through our active participation in the National Fluid Power Association, we can also help you in the area of NFPA standardization. This knowledge can be used by you, our customer, to provide a more consistent and standardized product.
           
Direct contact with both the customer and the factory means component alternatives early in the project. In many cases, we are able to provide assistance in the design phase, eventually cutting the final project cost substantially.
           
Our job won’t end when the product is complete, we have been in the fluid power industry for over 25 years and we will here for many years to come. This will give all parties the confidence that our understanding of the requirements and support possibilities are next to none.

Bladder Accumulator Charging

If a customer brings in their bladder accumulators, Wojanis Supply Company will charge them a flat rate of $35.00 for those under 1400 PSI and a flat rate of $50.00 for those over 1400 PSI. If the accumulator must be charged at the customer’s location, additional on-site charges will apply. Please note that charged accumulators cannot be air shipped and there is required documentation for ground shipment.
